Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the r and know the content is safe. _ Bryan, I just talked to Philip Berry( Philip Berryoberry rtarfieldcountyco.gov ),at the Garfield County Community Development Department that approves building permits, about getting a variance to the 500 foot limit. He needs a letter from Terra to me that it is acceptable for me to build a house within 500 feet of the storage tanks on the corner of the Savage property.
