and or testing indicated that the subsurface soil conditions are consistent with the referenced report. Any future
disturbances or alterations to the building pad are outside HBET's scope of work and require Garfield County Building
Department's approval. The subgrade is adequate for foundations constructed in accordance with the Garfield County
Minimum House Foundation Standards using a Maximum Allowable Bearing Capacity of 250OPSF psf.
