ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. 4) ALL EXTERIOR LIGHTING TO BE DOWNCAST AND SHIELDED. 5) WILDFIRE MITIGATION RECOMMENDED : SHOULD COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE RECOMMENDATIONS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT. PLEASE REFER TO THE GARFIELD COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT WEBSITE FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. Proposed Wildfire mitigation plan on sheet 2.3 6) OPEN HOLE SOILS REPORT IS REQUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION AND PRIOR TO ANY CONCRETE POUR. PROVIDE COPY OF GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERS REPORT TO THE BUILDING INSPECTOR. 2,000 psf soil bearing. 7) PRE-ENGINEERED ROOF TRUSSES. AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION PROVIDE A LOT IMPROVEMENT CERTIFICATE, SEALED BY A COLORADO PROFESSIONAL LICENSED SURVEYOR, VERIFYING THAT THE STRUCTURE -INCLUDING ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS AND OTHER PROJECTIONS -IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH GARFIELD COUNTY'S BUILDING ENVELOPE REQUIREMENTS. 9) BLOWER DOOR TEST IS REQUIRED. MUST SUBMIT BLOWER DOOR TEST REPORT TO GARFIELD COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPT. OFFICE PRIOR TO SCHEDULING FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION/ C.O. FINAL. 10) PRESCRIPTIVE PATH USING 2018 IECC TABLE R402.1.2 CHOSEN FOR ENERGY COMPLIANCE OF THIS HOME. MANUAL J REPORT ALSO ATTACHED FOR REFERENCE . ALL NEW HOMES TO HAVE WHOLE- HOUSE MECHANICAL VENTILATION SYSTEM INSTALLED (2015 IRC TABLE m1507.3.3(1) AND (2) SHOWN ON COVER SHEET . INSTALL STORM WAT ER CONTROLS PRIOR TO ANY DIRT WORK . LOCATE ALL UTILITIES PRIOR TO ANY WORK. 811 IS THE STATE UTILITY LOCATE NUMBER CONTROL NOXIOUS WEEDS. TREAT EXISTING WEEDS PRIOR TO RELOCATING PLANTS AND SEEDS. REVEGITATE ALL DISTURBED AREAS THAT ARE NOT PART OF A ROAD OR NON-SEEDED AREA. PROVIDE EROSION CONTROLS UNTIL SEEDED AREAS CAN BE ESTABLISHED.
