WET BAR DEFINED IN THE GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING RESOLUTION AS AN AREA OF A ROOM DESIGNED TO BE USED FOR SERVING OF BEVERAGES, THAT MAY ONLY HAVE A SINGLE BAR SINK AND NO STANDARD SIZE KITCHEN APPLANCES SUCH AS A STOVE, OVEN, DISHWASHER OR FULL-SIZE REFRIGERATOR. COUNTER SPACE IS LIMITED TO 25 SQUARE FEET. 9) DEFERRED ENGINEERED FOUNDATION / FRAMING PLANS REQUIRED FOR SECOND STORY DECK AND STAIRS TO GRADE. 10) FIELD VERIFY THE FIRE SEPARATION BETWEEN GARAGE AND RESIDENTIAL LIVING IS COMPLETED PURSUANT 2015 IRC TABLE R302.6 AND TABLE R702.3.5.
