I, Jeffrey Allen Tuttle being a Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Colorado hereby certifies that the Height of
the Mid -Point of the ADU Roof (7105.8) is 22.8 (22'9 5/8") above the mean pre -construction grade of 7083 based
upon the Architectural Site Plans and is based upon a site benchmark 7092.83 on top of a 1 1/4" Yellow Plastic Cap
found at the Southeasterly Property Corner of said Lot 23, that is shown on said Site Plan.
