1) SANITARY FACILITIES ARE REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED FOR WORKERS.
2) INSTALL STORMWATER CONTROLS PRIOR TO ANY DIRT WORK.
3) LOCATE ALL UTILITIES PRIOR TO ANY WORK. 811 IS THE STATE UTILITY LOCATE
NUMBER
4) CONTROL NOXIOUS WEEDS. TREAT EXISTING WEEDS PRIOR TO RELOCATING
PLANTS AND SEEDS.
5) REVEGITATE ALL DISTURBED AREAS THAT ARE NOT PART OF A ROAD OR NON -
SEEDED AREA.
6) PROVIDE EROSION CONTROLS UNTIL SEEDED AREAS CAN BE ESTABLISHED.
7) PROVIDE DUST CONTROL AS REQUIRED DURING CONSTRUCTION.
8) MAINTAIN ALL DRAINAGE ON THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, DRAINAGE SHALL NOT
ENTER NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES OTHER THAN HISTORIC DRAINAGE.
9) THE SEPTIC IS NOT A PART OF THE GRADING PERMIT. THE OWTS PERMIT IS TO BE
APPROVED BY THE COUNTY'S ENVIRNMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO
SEPTIC CONSTRUCTION.
10)GRADING AT THE OWNER OR CONTRACTORS OWN RISK. THE BUILDING PERMIT IS
PENDING REVIEW. THIS GRADING PERMIT IS NOT TO BE CONSIDERED AN
APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING PERMIT.
11)A DRIVEWAY PERMIT MAY BE REQUIRED BY THE COUNTY ROAD AND BRIDGE
DEPARTMENT. PLEASE PROVIDE A DRIVEWAY PERMIT OR AN EXEMPTION LETTER
FROM R & B PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF THE BUILDING PERMIT.
12)THE CHARM BARN IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS APPROVAL. A SEPRATE BUILDING
AND GRADING PERMIT WILL NEED TO BE ISSUED FOR THIS STRUCTURE.
