Garfield County Public Health (GCPH) issued Onsite Wastewater Treatment System (OWTS) Permit # SEPT-6941 for
the property located at 280 Lariat Lane in 2021. Our records determined this permit was inactive due to the
homeowner’s decision to connect to the Roaring Fork Water and Sanitation District for waste water service. Our
office verified this on December 30, 2025 through a phone call to the District. Therefore Permit # SEPT- 6941 is
null and void.
