Garfield County Public Health (GCPH) issued Onsite Wastewater Treatment System (OWTS) Permit # SEPT- 7105 for
the property located at 607 Highlands Drive in 2021. Our records determined this permit was inactive due to the
homeowner’s decision to sell the property without any development. Our office verified that the new owner has
applied for a new septic permit (SEPT-9503) in 2025. Therefore Permit # SEPT- 7105 is null and void.
