OWTS Permit #: SEPT-9224
January 5, 2026
On December 31, 2025, we visited the residence at 0083 County Road 105 near Carbondale in Garfield
County, Colorado to observe the OWTS installation pursuant to OWTS Permit # SEPT-9224. The OWTS
permit allowed the connection of a new three-bedroom residence to an existing system that was designed
for a three-bedroom residence.
During our inspection on December 31, 2025, we observed that the existing septic tank had been fitted
with risers providing access to the tank at the ground surface and that an effluent filter had been installed
in the outlet tee of the tank with a handle extension within 12-inches of the ground surface.
As required by Garfield County OWTS Regulation Section 43.4.F.3, based on our final inspection
observations, this OWTS was installed according to the permit requirements and regulations.
Thank you,
