ALL NEW HOMES TO HAVE WHOLE -HOUSE MECHANICAL VENTILATION SYSTEM INSTALLED (2015 IRC TABLE ml 507.3.3(1) AND (2) SHOWN ON COVER SHEET. INSTALL STORMWATER CONTROLS PRIOR TO ANY DIRT WORK. LOCATE ALL UTILITIES PRIOR TO ANY WORK. 811 IS THE STATE UTILITY LOCATE NUMBER CONTROL NOXIOUS WEEDS. TREAT EXISTING WEEDS PRIOR TO RELOCATING PLANTS AND SEEDS. REVEGITATE ALL DISTURBED AREAS THAT ARE NOT PART OF A ROAD OR NON -SEEDED AREA. PROVIDE EROSION CONTROLS UNTIL SEEDED AREAS CAN BE ESTABLISHED. PROVIDE DUST CONTROL AS REQUIRED DURING CONSTRUCTION. MAINTAIN ALL DRAINAGE ON THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, DRAINAGE SHALL NOT ENTER NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES OTHER THAN HISTORIC DRAINAGE. FOLLOW ENGINEERED PLANS. VERIFY ANY CHANGES WITH THE ENGINEER.
