The system was designed by CBO Inc. and installed by Russell Aaberg Trucking. We received an as-built drawing of the constructed system and a letter certifying that the system was constructed in compliance with the permitted design from the OWTS designer dated December 29, 2025. During our inspection, we observed the new sewer line and cleanout adjacent to the building, the new poly 1,500-gallon two-compartment septic tank with an effluent filter in the outlet tee of the second compartment of the tank, the new effluent line, the new distribution box, and the Soil Treatment Area (STA). The septic tank and distribution box were installed level with access brought to grade. The STA consisted of six total gravelless chamber trenches with one trench of 18, and six trenches of 17 Infiltrator Quick4 chambers (103 total chambers, 1236 ft 2 total STA). Additionally, inspection ports were present at each end of each trench. As required by Garfield County OWTS Regulation Section 43.4.F.3, based on our final inspection observations, this OWTS was installed according to the permit requirements and regulations.
