I agree that Plumbing Systems Inc (PSI) retains title to equipment and/ or materials furnished until final payment is made. If payment is not made as agreed, Plumbing Systems Inc (PSI) can remove said equipment and/ or materials at Plumbing Systems Inc (PSI)’ expense and/or impose a thirty percent (30%) liquidation fee on the entire amount contained on the signed Plumbing Systems Inc (PSI) buyer transaction agreement, contract, or proposal. Any damage resulting from said removal shall not be the responsibility of Plumbing Systems Inc (PSI) and shall be the sole responsibility of the authorized customer. - Payment schedule is a fifty percent (50%) deposit upon acceptance of the outlined work, and the remaining fifty percent (50%) upon completion of the outlined work. Interest of up to twenty eight percent (28%) can be applied for any delinquent payments. The authorized customer agrees to pay thirty five dollars ($35) for any returned check. - Work shall commence on an agreed upon day that suits the schedule of both Plumbing Systems Inc (PSI) and the authorized customer, and shall be completed in a timely manner that conforms to safety standards and may be affected by weather or staffing. End dates are provided based on the estimated scope of work. Any job that surpasses the initial agreed upon ending date due to weather, staffing, additional needed work, or a client's schedule, will not be deemed as abandonment. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT - I, the authorized customer, have inspected all the work done by Plumbing Systems Inc (PSI) pursuant to the agreed upon terms by me at 150 County Road, Gypsum, CO 81637 USA. I conclude that all work has been completed in a satisfactory and professional manner that coincides with industry best practices for safety and quality. I have been given the opportunity to address concerns and/or discrepancies in the work provided, and I either have no such concerns or have found no discrepancies or they have been successfully addressed by Plumbing Systems Inc (PSI) to my satisfaction. Responsibilities of the Company – Conditions & Limitations: Company shall do all work in a competent, professional manner. Company is not responsible for any existing illegal conditions. Limited Warranty Company warrants its work to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the warranty peri od of 1 year from completion unless otherwise stated in writing on the face hereof. Any/all drain cleaning cannot be warrantied. All warranties are void if payment is not made when due. Warranties extend only to the customer and are not transferable. If a defect in materials or workmanship covered by this warranty occurs, company will, with reasonable promptness during normal working hours, remedy the defect. In no event shall the company be held liable for water or other damage caused by any delay in remedying a defect.
