Re: Project Completion Report, 4343 County Road 335, New Castle CO 81501
The repairs recommended for this home in the project documents dated 5 August 2020,
have been completed in substantial compliance with those recommendations. The
work, consisting of the installation of (19) IMG Model PP21617-34 Push Piers, was
observed or reviewed by me or by an authorized representative and was completed
during the period of May 3-11, 2121. Three originally-specified piers, shown as pier
numbers 20, 21, & 22, were omitted due to site conditions and with the concurrence of
the homeowner. See the attached revised engineering plan for additional details.
Photographs of the work in progress, as well as the completed work are available upon
request.
Vegetation around the exterior of the house which may have been disturbed by the
project was done so with the approval of the owner; revegetation is the owner’s
responsibility. Grading and drainage were restored to preconstruction conditions except
where improvements were possible under the terms of the contract.
This approval does not express or imply any warranty of the future performance of the
structure or drainage condition. We are not responsible for conditions that were not
within the scope of our services at the time of observation, and no other observations or
services were provided or were implied to be provided.
