Good morning, John, I did go look at this driveway this morning, they did a hard surface off our county
road, but they don't have the adequately sized culvert underneath the apron. One end is an 8" steel pipe
and the other looks to be a 12" galvanized that is smashed. We require 15 galvanized full width of apron

We have done our final inspection and I don't see a sign off from you guys. When I spoke to the owner it was
unclear if he called you guys for an inspection of not. Could you look into this and get back to me please? We will
not issue their CO until I hear back from you. thanks
