The system was designed by CBO, Inc. and installed by Jace Christopher. We received an as-built drawing of the constructed system and a letter certifying that the system was constructed in compliance with the permitted design from the OWTS designer dated January 23, 2026. During our inspection, we observed the new sewer line and cleanouts adjacent to the residence, the existing concrete 1,250-gallon two-compartment septic tank fitted with an inlet tee and effluent filter in the outlet tee of the tank, the new effluent line, and the Soil Treatment Area (STA). The septic tank and distribution box were installed level with access brought to grade. The STA consisted of six 3 feet by 62.5 feet gravelless chamber trenches consisting of 15 chambers per trench (90 total chambers, 1,080 ft2 total STA). Inspection ports were present at each end of each trench. As required by Garfield County OWTS Regulation Section 43.4.F.3, based on our final inspection observations, this OWTS was installed according to the permit requirements and regulations. Further, by issuing this letter, Garfield County Public Health deems the Notice of Violation issued regarding this system on June 3, 2025, to be RESOLVED. Thank you, Edward R. “Ted” White, P.E.
