Gentlemen --
As requested i have reviewed construction of this steel building for completeness
and construction quality.
The building appears to be a steel frame structure with steel exterior cladding. As
Needed, we observed this steel frame construction along with the bolted connections
to the slab construction foundation. bolts tot the Connection of the structure to the
stem walls was made by the use of anchor bolts which were grouted into dulled
holes in the foundation stem walls. Grout used was Hilti HIT-HY-200-AV'
It out opinion that dw steel construction of the building was done in a workman like
manner according to the standards of the industry and the plans for this building.
Bolting was complete and tight at each connection location and columns and beams
were ittâ–º place as required.
