High strength A325 bolting was also inspected at the steel beam & column connections roof framing level grid line F. The onsite welding & high strength bolting inspected above appeared to be in substantial conformance with the plans, and the quality requirements of the AWS D1.1 Structural Welding Code & the AISC/RCSC Specification for high strength bolting. Further inspections should be performed on the remainder of the project (canopy steel north of gridline F). Inspector/Technician: Douglas E Young P E. Douglas Young 9 9 CWI 96070131 r� QC1 EXP. 7/1/2026 J: West Slope Testing & Inspection LLC Grand Junction, CO 81504 Inspection Report Date: 1-14-26 Client: Kumar & Associates (Project No. 25-7-506) Project: 247 Stonefly (Lot 3 Coreyell Ranch) Address: 247 Stonefly Dr. Carbondale, CO General Contractor: Brikor & Associates Contractor that Performed Work: IRMW Report #2 Page 1 of 1 Inspection of shop fabrication or field work at job site: Field Report: Visually inspected field welding at the HSS rafters/purlins to HSS (tube steel) beams, HSS rafters/purlins to ledger angles, and HSS beam to column connections for the canopy structure grids 8 to 9 from E to F. Anchor bolts/nuts were also verified at the steel column bases. Welder qualifications had been verified on previous inspections with this fabricator/erector. The onsite welding & bolting inspected, as noted above appeared to be in substantial conformance with the plans, and the quality requirements of the AWS D 1.1 Structural Welding Code. Completed welds at the HSS (tube steel) beam splices were also inspected. Per emails from Ty Rice with IRMW they also stated that the HSS sections had been prepped/beveled, as per their plans for partial penetration groove welds. However we were not present before or during the welding of these joints to determine weld joint preparation depth/angle and weld size/depth below face of steel. / Inspector/Technician: Douglas E Young ;i 224 • Douglas E.
