The onsite wastewater treatment system (OWTS) of reference was observed by this office on
September 22, 2025. The system was found to generally conform with the plans and specifications
set forth in the OWTS design for the aforementioned property prepared by this office on August
4, 2025, and later revised through a Notice of Revision to OWTS prepared on September 17, 2025.
Observations are limited to components that are visible at the time of the inspection. Swimming
pools, ponds, or other water features were not included in the submitted or approved design. The
quality of the installation is dependent on the expertise of the installer, soil type, and weather
conditions.
This observation is not a guarantee of workmanship and/or parts and materials. Setback of OWTS
components from property lines and easements are based on information provided by owner or
owner’s representative.
Soil cap and final grading associated with any OWTS components are not included in this
certification. Copies of the engineered plan are on file at the Garfield County Building Department
or may be obtained from the undersigned design engineer.
Any additional OWTS construction must be according to the county regulations.
