In my capacity as Landlord’s official representative, I do hereby authorize Jones Sign Co., Inc.
and its contractor, Roarking Fork and Lighting, to perform all work associated with the Heritage
Landscaping signage program. I approve the proposed signage as attached, and further authorize
Jones Signs Co., Inc. and its representatives to obtain all permits associated with this signage
program, as hereby consented to by Landlord.
