HomeMy WebLinkAboutConditions of PermitCONDITIONS OF PERMIT GRAD-02-26-9673 JOSEPH MCVICKER GRADING FOR A FUTURE BUILDING 4726 CR 335 1) SANITARY FACILITIES ARE REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED FOR WORKERS. 2) INSTALL STORMWATER CONTROLS PRIOR TO ANY DIRT WORK. 3) LOCATE ALL UTILITIES PRIOR TO ANY WORK. 811 IS THE STATE UTILITY LOCATE NUMBER 4) CONTROL NOXIOUS WEEDS. TREAT EXISTING WEEDS PRIOR TO RELOCATING PLANTS AND SEEDS. 5) REVEGITATE ALL DISTURBED AREAS THAT ARE NOT PART OF A ROAD OR NON - SEEDED AREA. 6) PROVIDE EROSION CONTROLS UNTIL SEEDED AREAS CAN BE ESTABLISHED. 7) PROVIDE DUST CONTROL AS REQUIRED DURING CONSTRUCTION. 8) MAINTAIN ALL DRAINAGE ON THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, DRAINAGE SHALL NOT ENTER NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES OTHER THAN HISTORIC DRAINAGE. 9) GRADING AT THE OWNER OR CONTRACTORS OWN RISK. THE BUILDING PERMIT HAS NOT BEEN SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW. THIS GRADING PERMIT IS NOT TO BE CONSIDERED AN APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING PERMIT. 10)THE SLOPE BEING CREATED WILL BE SUBJECT TO A GEOTECH ENGINEER'S EVALUATION FOR SLOPE STABILITY BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR A NEW BUILDING. 11)ALL GRADING IS TO BE ON THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, THE NEW BUILDING IS TO ABIDE BY COUNTY SETBACKS.
