1) ALL WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH THE 2015 INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTIAL
CODE (I.R.C.) AND 2018 INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE
(I.E.C.C.)
2) PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE ITEMS
CONTAINED IN THE A_F7'ACHED "GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING
REQUIREMENTS". NUMBER REFERENCES NOTED ON PLANS REFER TO
SPECIFIC ITEMS ON THIS LIST.
3) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE
ELECTRIC BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT
FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL
INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) ALL EXTERIOR LIGHTING TO BE DOWNCAST AND SHIELDED.
5) VERIFY NO CONSTRUCTION PARKING / STAGING AREA OVER THE EXISTING
SEPTIC TANK AND LEACH FIELD AREA.
6) THE SMOKE AND CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTORS IN THE EXISTING HOME
ARE TO MEET CURRENT CODE. IF WIRES CAN BE RUN WITHOUT REMOVING
FINISHES, THEN HARDWIRED DETECTORS ARE MANDATORY. (IRC R314,
R315)
7) ONCE FINISHES ARE REMOVED, THE STRUCTURAL ENGINEER IS TO VERIFY
IF STRUCTURAL MODIFCATINS ARE NECESSARY.
8) SEE THE LIST OF INSPECTIONS ATTACHED TO THE PLANS.
