To Whom It May Concern,
My name is Adam, and I am a Project Manager at Gould Construction and a long-time
resident of the Roaring Fork Valley. I am writing in support of the Harvest Roaring Fork
project.
I have built both my career and my family's life in this valley. It has provided tremendous
opportunity, and I am proud to be part of a community that values hard work and
connection. However, over the years, housing affordability has become one of the greatest
challenges facing local families.
As a parent, my biggest concern is what the future looks like for my children. I want them to
have the option to stay here, build careers, raise families, and contribute to the community
they grew up in. Right now, that path feels increasingly out of reach for the next generation.
Even hardworking young adults entering solid careers are struggling to find attainable
housing.
If we want our children to have the opportunity to remain in the Roaring Fork Valley, we
must create more housing options that are within reach for working families. Projects like
Harvest Roaring Fork are a critical step toward ensuring that this community remains
vibrant, sustainable, and accessible to the people who call it home.
