Message: I oppose the proposed development. Even if it were 100% residential, owner
occupied, deed restricted, affordable housing, IT IS TOO MUCH for the valley, Between
impacts on traffic, water supply, public services, wildlife, air and water quality, appearance,
the cumulative impacts are too great for the Valley to absorb. Sometimes you just have to
admit it: the bus is full, the movie theater is full, or the whatever is your public venue of
choice is full - we are full and cannot absorb another town in the valley. There are more
values here than just living, our quality of life is what we came for and what we stay for. This
development is pure and simple about making money for some real estate speculators, it
has nothing to do with our community or the people in it. Speculators have no right to
destroy our way of life for their personal gain. This Valley is a community and we have a
right to protect it.
