PLEASE SEE GARFIELD COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT WEBSITE FOR FURTHER INFORMATION. 7) OPEN HOLE SOILS REPORT IS REQUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION 1,500 PSF SOIL BEARING CAPACITY. 8) ALL HIGH STRENGTH BOLTING AND FIELD WELDING REQUIRES SPECIAL INSPECTOR. PROVIDE APPROVAL REPORT AT FRAMING INSPECTION. 9) THE BUILDING STRUCTURE HAS BEEN REVIEWED AS A PRIVATE USE DETACHED UNINSULATED GARAGE SHOP ONLY ACCESSORY TO THE MAIN RESIDENCE. ANY FUTURE CHANGE IN BUILDING OCCUPANCY OR USE, WILL FIRST BE SUBJECT TO A NEW BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION AND REVIEW FOR COMPLIANCE WITH ZONING REGULATIONS, LAND USE & BUILDING CODES IN EFFECT AT TIME OF FUTURE WORK. 10) SANITARY FACILITIES ARE REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED FOR WORKERS. 11) INSTALL STORMWATER CONTROLS PRIOR TO ANY DIRT WORK. 12) LOCATE ALL UTILITIES PRIOR TO ANY WORK. 811 IS THE STATE UTILITY LOCATE NUMBER 13) CONTROL NOXIOUS WEEDS. TREAT EXISTING WEEDS PRIOR TO RELOCATING PLANTS AND SEEDS. 14) REVEGITATE ALL DISTURBED AREAS THAT ARE NOT PART OF A ROAD OR NON - SEEDED AREA. 15) PROVIDE EROSION CONTROLS UNTIL SEEDED AREAS CAN BE ESTABLISHED. 16) PROVIDE DUST CONTROL AS REQUIRED DURING CONSTRUCTION. 17) MAINTAIN ALL DRAINAGE ON THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, DRAINAGE SHALL NOT ENTER NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES OTHER THAN HISTORIC DRAINAGE.
