based on the actual findings of the field inspection.

INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS: Check on site:
"OC" Inspection Items
1. Completion of the RE301 Electric Ready Space. Spaces have been reserved in panels for future electric
ready water heater and range as this house is currently designed for gas on these appliances. There will be a box
and conduit for future installation of electric at these appliances and a conduit at the panel if they so choose to
switch in the future.
2. Completion of the RS402 Solar Ready Space. Conduit has been installed from floor joists to attic.
Customer/Dealer will need to run wire in conduit to panel at reserved space and refer to the suggested location on
the Solar Ready Layout plan to install solar panels if desired.
3. Cormpletion of the RV502.1 EV Rea

There
is space
in the panel and a conduit stubbed into the
floor from panel for a future insta I if the
customer/dealer
desires
to have it installed in the future. The customer
does not want us to show a location in the garage, so i# they want
an EV charger it will be installed OSBO.
4. Comp€etion of the garage per code 0580.
5. Completion of siding at gablelends. Site contractor will need to install siding after mods are set and stitched
together.
6. Vents will need to be completed after roof peaks are raised up and stitched, through the roof per code.
7. Mini Split line sets ran up into attic and will need to be completed/connected to exterior unit at location
shown/noted on prints. Site contractor will have to connect across mods to central location in attic to location of
exterior unit.
8. Electrical completion and connections. Site contractor will have to connect electrical from mod to mod in
crawlspace to site connections.
9. Plumbing completion and connections. Site contractor will have to connect DWV & supply plumbing drops
in floor joists from mod to mod per code and connect to onsite connections in crawlspace. They will also need to
complete vents up through roof per code.
10. Truss peaks
11. Lumber to complete roof framing (sub -fascia and outlookers, etc)
12. Ridge Vent and shingles
13. Completion of thermal envelope: Installation of insulation at floors, ceilings, and end walls at marriage lines
to minimize air infiltration.
14. Blower door test to be done OSBO.
15. Ramp and or stairs and general access to the building OSBO.
16. Foundation support and tie down or anchoring.
17. Contractor will need to install R-8 insulation on all piping installed in un-conditioned space if applies.
18. Contractor will need to install attic ventilation.
19. Contractor will need to install crawlspace light and switch.
20. Contractor will need to install crawlspace min. R-19 insulation as noted on ResCheck.
21. Contractor will need to complete the roof covering after roof trusses are raised and stitched together.
22. Contractor will need to seal bottom after house is set for rim insulation as noted on cross section.
23. Contractor will need to install gas lines from gas appliances, water heater and range down into crawlspace
and connect to site connections. NSSB does not install gas lines.
