1) THE APPROVED PLANS ARE TO BE ON -SITE FOR INSPECTIONS.
2) SANITARY FACILITIES ARE REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED FOR WORKERS.
3) A LIST OF REQUIRED INSPECTIONS WILL BE ATTACHED TO THE PLANS. THE STATE
IS TO PERMIT AND APPROVE THE ELECTRICAL WORK.

4) ELECTRICAL CODE COMPLIANCE WILL BE DETERMINED BASED ON FIELD
INSPECTIONS PERFORMED BY THE STATE ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR, (303) 869-3458.
PLEASE HAVE THE INSPECTOR SIGN THE BUILDING CARD OR PROVIDE WRITTEN
DOCUMENTATION OF THE INSPECTIONS.
5) ALL EXTERIOR LIGHTING IS TO BE DOWNCAST AND SHIELDED.
6) SAFETY GLAZING IS NOT DESIGNATED ON THE PLANS. SAFETY GLAZING WILL BE
CHECKED DURING THE FRAMING AND FINAL INSPECTION. (IBC 2406.4)
7) THE HOME IS TO BE SUPPLIED WITH MECHANICAL VENTILATION OF OUTDOOR
AIR. THE MINIMUM VENTILATION RATE IS TO BE CFM = (0.01X TOTAL SQUARE
FOOTAGE OF THE HOUSE) + 7.5 X (NUMBER OF BEDROOMS +1) GENERAL NOTES
ON THE PLANS INDICATE WHOLE HOUSE VENTILATION.
8) MINIMULLY THE ICE SHIELD IS TO BE INSTALLED AT THE EAVES TO A MINIMUM 24"
UP FROM THE INSULATED WALLS.
9) THE DRYER IN A CLOSET WILL REQUIRE 100 SQUARE INCHES OF MAKE-UP AIR. (IRC
G2439.4)
10)ALL SHOWER DOORS ARE REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN 22" IN THE CLEAR AND ARE
REQUIRED TO SWING OUT.
11)ANY MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT IN THE CRAWLSPACE IS TO BE WITHIN 20, OF THE
CRAWLSPACE ACCESS.
12) PROVIDE EROSION CONTROLS UNTIL SEEDED AREAS CAN BE ESTABLISHED.
13) PROVIDE DUST CONTROL AS REQUIRED DURING CONSTRUCTION.
14) FOLLOW ENGINEERED PLANS. VERIFY ANY CHANGES WITH THE ENGINEER.
15)THE SMOKE AND CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTORS IN THE EXISTING HOME
ARE TO MEET CURRENT CODE. IF WIRES CAN BE RUN WITHOUT REMOVING
FINISHES, THEN HARDWIRED DETECTORS ARE MANDATORY. (IRC R314,
