Re: Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessibility requirements
Dear Garfield County Representative,
Royal Mini Storage has available ADA-compliant retrofit kits as needed for our storage
facilities. Each retrofit kit includes a close -door handle mounted on the interior side of the
door and an open-door handle mounted on the exterior side of the door, both installed
within the ADA-recommended reach range of 34 to 48 inches above the finished floor and
designed for ease of operation.
