Condition No. 11 of Resolution No. 2023-02 provides: 11. Prior to the issuance of the Land Use Change Permit the applicant shall submit a Landscaping Plan designed by a Design Professional to include screening vegetation along the eastern property line that is compliant with section 7-303-F. The vegetation shall be maintained for the duration of the use. This vegetation shall be installed prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy, Attached with this letter is a landscape plan for the eastern portion of Dever Parcel A. The landscape plan was prepared by Land Studio — design professionals with expertise in landscape plans.
