1) ALL WORK MUST COMPLY WITH 2O15 INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTIAL CODE (IRC) AND
ENGINEER OF RECORDS SOIL EVALUATION AND STRUCTURAL REPAIR PLAN.
2) THIS PERMIT IS ISSUED FOR FOUNDATION REPAIRS ONLY. ADDITIONAL REPAIRS TO THE
RESIDENTIAL BUILDING STRUCTURE - IF DEEMED NECESSARY - MAY REQUIRE A
SEPARATE BUILDING PERMIT. IF ADDITIONAL STRUCTURAL DEFICIENCIES ARE
ENCOUNTERED DURING FOUNDATION REPAIR WORK, THEN A SUBSEQUENT
EVALUATION AND STRUCTURAL DETAILS MAY BE DEEMED NECESSARY FROM THE
ENGINEER OF RECORD.
3) ENGINEER OF RECORD SHALL FIELD VERIFY INSTALLATION OF THE 17 PUSH PIERS AND
OTHER REPAIRS AS REFERENCED IN BUILDING APPLICATION. ENGINEER'S STAMPED
APPROVAL REPORT IS REQUIRED AT BUILDING FINAL INSPECTION.
4) IF GAS METER IS DISCONNECTED, A GAS PIPE PRESSURE TEST AND INSPECTION MAY BE
REQUIRED FOR METER RECONNECTION.
5) FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION BY GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING DEPT IS REQUIRED AFTER
COMPLETION OF FOUNDATION REPAIRS.
SANITARY FACILITIES ARE REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED FOR WORKERS.
6) INSTALL STORMWATER CONTROLS PRIOR TO ANY DIRT WORK.
7) LOCATE ALL UTILITIES PRIOR TO ANY WORK. 811 IS THE STATE UTILITY LOCATE NUMBER
8) CONTROL NOXIOUS WEEDS. TREAT EXISTING WEEDS PRIOR TO RELOCATING PLANTS
AND SEEDS.
9) REVEGITATE ALL DISTURBED AREAS THAT ARE NOT PART OF A ROAD OR NON -SEEDED
AREA.
10) PROVIDE EROSION CONTROLS UNTIL SEEDED AREAS CAN BE ESTABLISHED.
11) PROVIDE DUST CONTROL AS REQUIRED DURING CONSTRUCTION.
12) MAINTAIN ALL DRAINAGE ON THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, DRAINAGE SHALL NOT ENTER
NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES OTHER THAN HISTORIC DRAINAGE.
