Dear Mr.Weaver:
As requested,personnel of RMG Engineers completed a limited review of the framing at the address
referenced above.The purpose of the review was to provide framing recommendations for a window.
Reference the framing plan by RMG,Job No.198757,last dated October 9,2025,and the architectural plans
by LGA Studios dated August 13,2025.
At the 3’-0”wide window in the primary bathroom shower,it is our opinion that a (2)2x8 header with (1)2x6
trimmer stud and (1)2x6 king stud at each end of the header should be provided.
Note,no framing other than that described above has been reviewed.I hope this provides the information you
