Re: 484 C R 113
The previous owners of the property built the existing building in 1997, the lower level is a garage,
and the upper level is a 16' X30" single room. The building is 2x6 construction, fully sheet rocked,
metal roof, with an electric boiler for domestic hot water, slab, and baseboard heat
Since we purchased the property in 2004, we have used the building as our personal office space
and hobby shop
While we are getting the new house built, we are living in the building. Once the house is completed,
we intend to use the garage again as our hobby area and personal office.
The new house and existing building are intended for our personal use and are not part of any
commercial operation.

Hello James,
am in the process of reviewing the new how on the property above. I have questions about the use
of the existing structure adjacent to your new home.
If it's part of the Contractor Yard on the property there are different codes I need to follow than if it's a
garage associated with the single-family home.
The County has some drawings when it was built, showing a garage with a restroom but there is no
reference how the 2"d level is being used.
Would you please elaborate how this structure and 2"d level is being used?
appreciate your time,
