Garfield County Public Health (GCPH) issued Onsite Wastewater Treatment System (OWTS) Permit # SEPT- 7365 for
the property located at 27 Rapids Lane in 2022. Our records determined this permit was not used and the owners
applied in 2025 for a new OWTS permit (SEPT 9349). Therefore Permit # SEPT- 7365 is null and void.
