Section 8 of the Narrative Report for those applications (dated January 2026) on page 25 states: The Master Declaration is in the process of being abandoned by the Applicant, and once abandoned the Applicant will provide the County with recorded documentation of such. The MASTER DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS FOR SPRING VALLEY RANCH P.U.D. has now been released and terminated by the attached Exhibit A recorded at Reception No. 1017284 on April 2, 2026.
