As requested, we visited the site to observe installation of the OWTS. Components of the OWTS were backfilled at
the time of our site visit. The components we were able to observe were in general accordance with our design (see
OWTS design report Project No. GS06931.000-132, dated February 21, 2025). We performed a squirt height test
and observed operation of the effluent pump. The squirt height test was performed in accordance with our design.
