On 12/02/25, representatives of this office performed an open hole inspection of the foundation
push out for the Pattison Residence located at the address referenced above. The soils underlying
the footprint of the structure is will be sufficient to provide the desired bearing capacity of 1,500
psf after placement of two feet of structural fill.
