To Whom it May Concern:
With this letter, Berkeley Family Limited Liability Limited Partnership hereby authorizes TG
Malloy Consulting, LLC to represent us in matters related to land use applications for two
parcels that we own in the Spring Valley area of Garfield County. One parcel is located
on the east side of CR 114 , just south of the intersection with CR 115 (The Lake Springs
Ranch PUD Parcel -PIO #: 218733300153) and a separate parcel, located on the west
side of CR 114 (The Residence Parcel -PIO #: 218733400107). This authorization includes
the preparation and submission of documents associated with two land use applications
and representation of these applications before the applicable appointed and elected
boards.
For the Lake Springs Ranch PUD Parcel, we are seeking PUD/Preliminary Plan Amendment
approval and for The Residence Parcel we are seeking rezoning from PUD to the Rural
zone district. The rezoning application is being pursued in conjunction with Plus Lazy K,
LLC , the owner of the land that contains Rivendell Distribution, Inc.
