1.ALL CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH CDPHE REGULATION 43 ONSITE WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM (OWTS) REGULATION, MOST CURRENT EDITION
AND LOCAL AGENCY REQUIREMENTS WHICH MAY OR MAY NOT SPECIFICALLY BE NOTED ON THE DRAWINGS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR KNOWING
AND CONFORMING TO SUCH SPECIFIC DETAILS AS ARE REFERRED TO IN THE ABOVE MENTIONED REGULATIONS. THIS DRAWING DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AN OWTS
PERMIT. A PERMIT MUST BE OBTAINED FROM APPROPRIATE LOCAL AGENCY. THE CONTRACTOR MUST CONTACT THE LOCAL AGENCY HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND THE
