We have decided to end our process to get this 5 acres subdivided. The driveway needing
another survey is going to be very costly and pointless since the new acreage doesn't even
drive on it. Dwight told me I need to get another permit and pay into the West divide
conservancy district for the shared well. When we are going to do a cistern anyway. It just
doesn't make sense anymore when we can just build an ADU for my daughter to rent. Not sure
what else you need from me to close the permit. We will be pursuing a permit for an AUD in
the future after we have decided on a builder.
