Matt and John,
Because the electrical is approved for the offices I’d like to do a conditional final to allow
them to occupy the offices, if they pass our final inspection! To have the unlisted
electrical equipment site inspected might take a bit of time.

Corrections:1)up valley unit not ready, temp lighting still installed cannot access
electrical room several circuits off 2)480/230Need services marked for
which unit they supply with unit number or address also all panels need
label identifing where where they are supplied. Down valley unit 1)110.3
both machines need field evaluated they appear to not be listed by an
NRTL this is required by code and state statute. One machine needs the
flex properly secured. 2)110.3/110.12Upper room HVAC need electrical
cover installed. 3)Need PV permit and inspection prior to final for building.
Comments:Down valley unit upstairs offices final ok. Up valley unit not ready.
