AUTHORIZATION and hereby do "Authorize" ROARING FORK SIGN AND LIGHTING COMPANY to
perform the following actions for the above-mentioned site address.
For the duration of the above-mentioned PROJECT NAME, I (we) grant ROARING FORK SIGN AND
LIGHTING COMPANY permission to: (Check all that apply)
Submit Signage Design. I (we) have reviewed the sign design and specifications package, and
"Approve" the modifications to the property listed in the package which ROARING FORK SIGN
AND LIGHTING COMPANY will submit for sign permitting and installation.
Acquire Permits. I (we) do hereby authorize ROARING FORK SIGN AND LIGHTING
COMPANY, its licensed contractors and or agents, project managers and permit expeditors to
apply, fill, sign and supply applications and supporting materials in an effort to secure permits for
the improvements to the property.
Install Exterior Signage. I (we) do hereby authorize ROARING FORK SIGN AND LIGHTING
COMPANY, or their licensed subcontractors to install Exterior Signage at the above-mentioned
project site address. This clause only pertains to signage which requires permits.
