The onsite wastewater treatment system (OWTS) installation of reference was observed by this
office on May 15, 2026. The system was found to generally conform with the plans and
specifications set forth in the OWTS design prepared by this office on March 18, 2025.
Observations are limited to components that were visible at the time of the inspection. The quality
of the installation is dependent on the expertise of the installer, soil type, and weather conditions.
This observation is not a guarantee of workmanship and/or parts and materials. Setback of OWTS
components from property lines and easements are based on information provided by owner or
owner’s representative.
Soil cap and final grading associated with any OWTS components are not included in this
certification. Copies of the engineered plan are on file at the Mesa County Building Department
or may be obtained from the undersigned design engineer.
Any additional OWTS construction must be completed according to the county regulations.
