John,
I would like to extend my grading permit if possible. They are excavating the property
across Dry Park from my lot and house. I still have a lot of dirt that I can take to fill where
there used to be an old irrigation ditch from the old homestead and farm that ran through
my property. This will continue to allow me to build up the property in order to have a
more level area from my house to Dry Park for a future ADU (maybe!), and has been part
of my overall plan when I pulled the last two grading permits.
