We hereby authorize Advantage Builders Co, and its authorized representatives, to act on our behalf for the
purpose of preparing, submitting, signing, and processing permit applications and related permit requests necessary
for the work to be performed at the above referenced property -
This authorization includes signing documents required in connection with building, construction, remodeling, trade,
and other applicable permits. This authorization does not transfer ownership of the property or authorize contractor
to make decisions beyond those necessary for obtaining and processing the required permits,
This authorization shall remain in effect until completion of the permitted work or until revoked by us in writing.
Please accept this letter as our formal authorization.
