Mr. Plano,
As the property owner for the aforementioned address, I will be responsible to prevent snow
accumulation on the temporary tent structure, as noted in the letter by Steve
Edmiston/Mountain Town Consulting Group (structural engineer #S103S), dated August 24,
2026.
No hazardous material will be stored within the tent structure unless approved by the Building
Official, that ensures property containment if there is spillage.
I will provide temporary toilet facilities and/or provide access to existing restrooms on site.
The tent structure is to be used solely for material storage and only accessed for stocking and
removal of material.
