Dear John,
Thank you for your time in the review of our grading permit application and plans for the new RV
spaces and Covered Wagons.
The Items to address before the issuance of our grading permit are:
1. Please provide an accessible parkingspace and an accessible route to one RVSpace
and one Covered Wagon Space.
2. Please specify an ADA Compliant Model Covered Wagon
3. Please provide details for a ramp to access the ADA Compliant Model Covered Wagon.
4. Are the RVs being supplied by 7W Ranch or do clients bring their own RVs? If supplied
by the owner, please indicate how accessibility will be compliant based on the
requirement that accessible units are to be dispersed among the various classes of
units.
Item 1 —Accessible Parking and Route
An accessible parking space will be provided meeting ADA Standards for width, access
aisle, slope, signage, and firm/stable surface requirements. The parking space will connect to an
accessible route serving one RV space and one Covered Wagon space, with the route
constructed to ADA Standards (minimum 36" clear width, maximum 1:20 running slope, maximum
1:48 cross -slope, firm/stable/slip-resistant surface).
Item 2 — ADA Compliant Covered Wagon Model
The ADA-compliant wagon will be the Pioneer Elite ADA Low Trail Wagon and includes
ADA-compliant interior clearances, door width, bathroom layout, and maneuvering space. The
height of the entrance is 18-20".

Item 3 — ADA Ramp Specifications
A Ramp will be installed to serve the ADA-compliant wagon with the following ADA-
compliant features:
• Minimum 36" clear width
• Maximum 1:12 slope
• Maximum 1:48 cross slope
• Level landings at top and bottom (minimum 60" length)
• Handrails on both sides where required
• Bottom rail along ramp edges for wheel stops
• Firm, stable, slip resistant surface
Item 4- RV Supply and Accessible Unit Dispersal
The RVs are supplied by 7W Ranch and dispersed among the various classes of RV
sites, consistent with ADA requirements that accessible units be distributed across site types
rather than clustered.
These changes will be reflected in two complete sets of corrected sheets, with clouded areas
reflecting the changes for resubmittal.
