SUBJECT Letter of Credit for Halfmoon Subdivision’s SIA
SECURITY FOR SIA On August 7th 2023, the Board of County Commissioners approved a Land Use Change Permit for a Large Solar Energy System on parcel 2179-172-00-710. Resolution 2023-27 at Reception #988803 addresses this permit. As part of the project, a security for its Vegetation Management and Reclamation Plan is required. That security is provided here as Bond No. SU1196750.
