Attached is an updated version of their stormwater plan for application (MPPA-04-23-8956). I’m
finalizing my staff report for the BOCC hearing that will be next Monday. This item is a
recommended Condition of Approval that they are trying to fulfill as soon as possible. No giant rush
on our end for review though. Please call if you have any questions or concerns.
