CTLIThompson, Inc. (CTLIT) provided construction observation and material testing ser-
vices for Building 1 on Lot 2 of the Glenwood Business Center in Garfield County, Colorado The
scope of our services was set forth in our Proposal No. GS-24-0030 — CM2. This completion of
services letter encompasses all phases of inspections performed for Garage Building 1.
Excavation Observation (Phase 305)
CTLIT made one site visit on October 8, 2025. During this period, CTLIT performed one
excavation observation and provided one excavation observation report. Our observations indi-
cated the footing subgrade was in general conformance with the project plans and specifica-
tions.
Reinforcing Steel Observation (Phase 360)
CTLIT made five site visits between October 22, 2025 and November 21, 2025. During
this period, CTLIT performed six reinforcing steel observations and provided six reinforcing steel
observation reports. Our observations indicated the reinforcing steel was placed in general con-
formance with the project plans and specifications.
Concrete Testing (Phase 365)
CTLIT performed concrete testing between October 22, 2025 and November 24, 2025.
During this period, CTLIT performed nine concrete tests and provided nine reports regarding
compressive strength and physical properties of concrete. Our observations and testing indicate
that the concrete is in general conformance with the project plans and specifications.
Structural Steel Inspection (Phase 390)
CTLIT performed structural steel inspections between March 13, 2026 and April 22,
2026. During this period, CTLIT performed seven structural steel inspections and provided two
structural steel inspection reports. Our observations indicate that the structural steel for the pro-
ject is in general conformance with the project plans and specifications.
