Reider 1620 County Road 21 Brighton, CO 80603 Via email: joe.reider66@gmail.com andersonw@huddlestonberry.com Subject: Final Acceptance Letter TBD County Road 355 Parachute, CO 81635 OWTS Permit #: SEPT-9066 October 27, 2026 On June 25, 2025, and July 2, 2025, we visited the site of the OWTS under construction at TBD County Road 355 near Parachute in Garfield County, Colorado to observe the OWTS installation pursuant to OWTS Permit # SEPT-9066. The system was designed by Huddleston-Berry Engineering and installed by Joe Reider. We received a record drawing of the constructed system and a letter certifying that the system was constructed in compliance with the permitted design from the OWTS designer dated August 14, 2025. During our inspections, we observed the new sewer line and cleanouts adjacent to the building, the new poly 1,000-gallon two-compartment septic tank with an effluent filter in the outlet tee of the second compartment of the tank, the new effluent line, the level manifold, and the Soil Treatment Area (STA). The septic tank was installed level with access brought to grade. The STA consisted of a gravelless chamber bed with four rows of 14 Infiltrator Quick4 chambers (56 total chambers, 672 ft2 total STA). Additionally, inspection ports were present at each end corner of the bed. As required by Garfield County OWTS Regulation Section 43.4.F.3, based on our final inspection observations, this OWTS was installed according to the permit requirements and regulations.
