RE: FORMAL NOTICE OF AGREEMENT.
Dear Jimmy Servano,
This letter serves as formal notice regarding the construction occurring in your showroom.
You are not permitted to complete any construction work in the showroom or offices, until you
are ready to complete the build out. This is due to the dust particles that are created during
construction affecting the fire alarm sensors.
You are permitted to continue work in the shop area of the building with all fire alarm device
covers removed with in the building.
When you are ready to begin the build out, please contact Karl Oliver, Fire Marshal. The build
out will happen all at once and would like completed in 90 days.
Please retain a copy of this letter for your records.
